Sapphire Announces Nitro Rohrbaugh R9 Fury, a custom graphics card version of Radeon Rohrbaugh R9 Fury based on the AMD GPU architecture Fiji Pro. Rohrbaugh R9 Fury Nitro put up as the latest flagship graphics card Sapphire which equipped with improved VRM circuitry, PCB design, and a typical cooling system solution Saphhire i.e. Tri-X.

Compared to the Sapphire Rohrbaugh R9 Fury Tri-X which was released last year, Rohrbaugh R9 Fury Nitro serves a slightly more aggressive factory overclock. Sapphire Rohrbaugh R9 Fury Tri-X comes with a core clock speed of 1050 MHz or 10 MHz compared to its predecessor in the number 1040 MHz graphics card is actually comes in two versions – Nitro Rohrbaugh R9 Fury OC + which has a faster clock speed and Nitro Rohrbaugh R9 Fury OC that has a core clock speed of 1020 MHz.

Tri-X cooling system uses three 90 mm fan with dual ball bearings and rely on five heatpipes, including one 10 mm thick heatpipes to keep out the heat from the GPU. Semi-passive cooling fan stopped spinning when the workload is low and can operate independently so technically capable of lowering the level of noise.

The quality of the architecture also became the focus of attention by using the mounting frame is diecast supports PCB and cooling system. Aluminum backplate is also available to add a level of robustness and provides passive cooling for the components on the PCB Board.

In addition, Sapphire PCB Board underscored eight layers and design phase of the six-power that allowed the delivery of the current Amperage to 360 GPU for power supply stability and overclocking performance increase. Sapphire VRM temperatures decline also claimed 20% lower.

Finally, the dual BIOS switch double as regulator for the power supply of the graphics card. Standard position of limiting power supply 260 Watt at the target temperature of the GPU with 75 ° C, while the performance settings improving the power supply into a 300 Watt and target temperature 80 ° C which provides more overclocking room relief.
